1. Data controllers

The joint controllers of the personal data collected on this website are Diego Gabriel Jaime (CUIT 20-32166746-6, address Saturnino Saraza 6710) and Jonathan Aranguri (CUIT 20-40672991-6, address Hipólito Yrigoyen 2664, 7B), operating under the EIKO Agency brand. Contact: contact@eikoagency.com.

2. What data we collect

Through the contact form: full name, current club (optional), country, service of interest and a contact method (WhatsApp or email).

Automatically: aggregated browsing data (pages visited, traffic source, device type and approximate country). We do not store your IP address with your enquiry.

3. How we use it

We use the form data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a confidential consultation and, if you decide to proceed, start a service relationship. Browsing data helps us measure the performance of the site and our campaigns.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent, given when you submit the form (Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw it at any time.

5. Where it is stored and who processes it

Data is stored encrypted at rest on infrastructure from providers acting as processors: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (analytics), Cloudflare (spam protection) and, only if you accept cookies, Meta (campaign measurement). Some of these providers may process data outside Argentina, with appropriate safeguards.

Access is limited to EIKO staff who need it to handle your enquiry.

6. How long we keep it

We keep prospect contact data for a maximum of 24 months from your last interaction with EIKO, unless you start a service relationship or ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and erasure free of charge by writing to contact@eikoagency.com. We will respond within the legal deadlines.

The Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose data protection rights have been affected.

8. Cookies and analytics

Without your consent, we count visits anonymously and store no cookies on your device. If you accept cookies, we use PostHog to understand how the site is used and the Meta pixel to measure our campaigns. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
