Story
I'm Diego Gabriel Jaime, a former professional footballer and restaurant entrepreneur. My time in high-performance sport and more than ten years as an entrepreneur taught me the value of discipline, leadership, perseverance and teamwork.
Today I lead EIKO Agency with one purpose: to bring information, tools and trusted professionals to those who want to grow on and off the pitch.

I played football and lived the experience of competing and adapting in different countries. I know what it means to be far from home, to face cultural barriers and to make big decisions about your career and your future.
After football, I started again from scratch: with limited resources, I worked until I built a company with multiple locations. That journey taught me that talent opens doors, but perseverance, the right team and the right decisions are what sustain growth.
